Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Guestbud, provided by Aloaha Limited.

The service

Guestbud provides a guest portal, an owner dashboard and APIs for short-let hosts. Hosts are responsible for the content they publish, the taxes they collect and remit, and their compliance with local registration and data-protection rules.

Accounts

You keep your sign-in credentials safe and are responsible for actions in your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Payments

Payments are processed through your own Revolut merchant account under Revolut's terms. We are not a party to payments between you and your guests.

Tax definitions

Built-in tax definitions are provided as a convenience and may change with legislation. You remain responsible for checking the rates that apply to you.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

The laws of Malta apply.
