Works with your channel manager — or without one

Connect your channel manager once and link each property to its listing. New bookings get a guest portal link automatically; cancellations and changes follow. Small hosts can keep their bookings in the built-in calendar instead.

Channel connections in the settings

Supported connections

  • Hostaway — reservations and guest chat (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo …)
  • Channex — bookings and guest messages for Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia
  • RentalsUnited — reservations (XML API)
  • Leviathan PMS
  • iCal import (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google Calendar) and iCal export
  • REST API, API keys and signed webhooks for anything else

Message guests where they booked

For Hostaway and Channex bookings the portal link — and any message you write — is delivered in the channel’s own chat, so it reaches guests who share no email address.

Your own calendar when you need it

The local calendar handles direct bookings with double-booking protection, date blocks and an iCal export to keep Airbnb and Booking.com closed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a channel manager?

No. You can enter bookings in the built-in calendar and export it as iCal to your listings.

Can I send the portal link through Airbnb or Booking.com?

Yes, for bookings that come from Hostaway or Channex: manually from the booking or automatically before arrival.

Is there an API?

Yes — a REST API with OpenAPI 3.1, per-host API keys with roles and signed webhooks.
