A guest portal for your Hostaway reservations
Enter your Hostaway account ID and API key, link each property to its listing, and every reservation from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or direct gets its own guest portal — with online check-in, tourist tax, deposit and access details.
What is synchronised
- Reservations every 30 minutes, from 30 days back to about 18 months ahead
- Dates, guest counts, name, email and phone; cancellations and date changes follow
- Guest conversation from the channel inbox, shown on the booking
- Your check-in data, payments and notes are never overwritten by Hostaway
The portal link in the channel chat
Send the link — manually or automatically before arrival — through Hostaway into the guest’s inbox on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo. This reaches guests who share no email address. You can also reply to guest messages from the booking.
What is not imported
Inquiries, pending and unconfirmed requests, expired or declined requests and owner stays — only real stays. Messages are sent exactly as written: Hostaway placeholders such as [guest_name] are not filled in, so a message that still contains one is refused.
Payments stay yours
The tourist tax and the deposit are paid into your own Revolut Business account, separately from the booking payment the channel handles.

Within 30 minutes, or immediately with Import now.
