A digital guest guide that installs like an app
Each booking has its own private link. Guests add it to their home screen in two taps; the icon uses your brand colour and the last loaded guide still opens with a weak signal at the door.

What guests find
- Reservation and arrival steps
- Door codes (shown only around the stay), Nuki keypad codes
- Wi-Fi with copy buttons and QR code
- Rubbish and recycling days for the exact stay
- Local tips with map links
- Hampers and extras to order and pay
Unlocks after check-in and payment
Codes, Wi-Fi and the address are released only when the online check-in is complete and each payment step is settled — paid, held on the card, marked as paid in cash or waived by you (a zero amount is skipped) — and disappear after check-out.
Your brand, your domain
Logo, colours and your own domain (for example stay.your-company.com) with an automatic certificate.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests have to install anything?
No. It is a web page; adding it to the home screen is optional and takes two taps.
Does it work offline?
The last loaded guide opens without a connection until one day after check-out.
Does the guest portal use cookies?
No. The guest portal sets no cookies and loads no tracking, so guests see no cookie banner — the private link itself opens the stay.
