Statistics per property and period
Occupancy, bookings, lead time, guests, check-in rate, ratings, revenue, tourist tax, deposits, extras and channel mix — per property and period, with CSV export and owner statements.
The Statistics tab shows how your properties perform. Pick a property (or all) and a period from the dropdowns: this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, this year, last year, the last 12 months, the next 30 days, or your own dates.
What you see #
Occupancy
- Booked nights against available nights. Nights blocked for owners or maintenance are not counted as available.
- A stay that crosses the edge of the period counts only the nights inside it.
Bookings (counted by check-in date)
- Bookings and cancellations, average length of stay, average booking lead time, average daily rate.
Guests
- Adults and under-18s, the share of guests who completed the online check-in, the share who opened the stay guide, the average rating.
Money
- Booking revenue where the channel sends a price (for example Hostaway).
- Tourist tax due, collected, absorbed and outstanding.
- Deposits taken and retained, extras, early check-in / late check-out.
Channels and properties
- Bookings, nights and revenue per channel.
- A table per property with bookings, nights and occupancy.
Click Download .csv to open the figures in Excel or Google Sheets.
Owner statements #
Management companies can send each owner a statement of the eco-contribution for a period: open Eco return, choose the property and period under Owner statements, then View & print, Download .csv or Email to owner. The owner's name and email are set per property in Settings → Properties. See MTA eco return.
Through the API #
GET /api/v1/reports/stats?propertyId=…&from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD returns the same figures as JSON (add format=csv for CSV). See the API reference.
Frequently asked questions #
Why is revenue empty? #
Revenue comes from the price the channel sends with each booking. iCal and some channels send no price.
Why does a booking count in March but some nights in April? #
Bookings and money count by check-in date (like the MTA return); occupancy counts each night where it falls.
